PROGRAMME STRUCTURE AND SUPPORT

  • ELIGIBILITY FOR FRESH GRADUATES: Only candidates recently graduated from law academies can apply, with or without a profile, ensuring a focus on new talent.
  • SELECTION PROC: Candidates undergo oral and written interviews to assess their aptitude and readiness for a legal career with Canon and Craft.
  • MANDATORY TRAINING: Shortlisted candidates receive mandatory training to develop essential skills and ethical understanding before induction as Junior Associates in the firm.
  • NATIONWIDE OPPORTUNITIES: Successful candidates may work with partners in 11 cities, including Bombay, Delhi, and Pune, supporting the firm’s pan-India operations.
