  • To process enquiries received via enquiry@canonandcraft.com and assign them to the appropriate partner in one of our 11 cities (Bombay, Goa, Nagpur, Pune, Thane, Navi Mumbai, Cochin, Thrissur, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Calcutta).
  • To evaluate internship applications and communicate with applicants regarding online or onsite internship opportunities.
  • To assess applications for our Join Us Programme, including conducting interviews and training for Junior Associate roles.
  • To respond to queries submitted through the FAQ Chat, managed by our founding partners.

  • Storage: Personal data is stored securely on servers located in India, in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023. Enquiries are accessible only to our founding partners (C.J. Joveson, Poonam Utekar, C.J. Doveson).

  • Internal Sharing: Enquiries are shared with the relevant partner in the client’s city (from our 11 locations) for processing, with a CC to the client when needed, as per our operational process.

  • International Alliances: For conflict of law cases involving our foreign law firm collaborations, data may be shared with prior consent, in compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023.
